The Time: The Breeze Kings formed in October 1997

The Numbers: In 1998 the Breeze Kings performed 106 shows. In 1999 that number grew to 162.
For 2000, the band expanded its travel base and did 146 shows at over 30 different venues in four states!  They currently perform regularly at over 30 clubs in Georgia and around the southeast.

The Airwaves: The Breeze Kings CD "Tyin One On ... for the People" can be heard on WRFG 89.3FM Atlanta, Z93 92.9FM Atlanta, WREK 91.1FM Atlanta, WCLK 91.9FM Atlanta, WLVR 91.3FM Lehigh Valley. We've also heard from blues DJ's in Denmark, Macedonia, and Slovenia who are playing our music!

They have opened for Shannon Curfman, Saffire- The Uppity Blues Women, Buckwheat Zydeco, Leon Russell, George Thorogood, Steve Miller, Atlanta Rhythm Section, and Bo Diddley.
